Had an oil change done. Even though they were very busy they got me in right away.

I’m very disappointed with my service I received! I was a quart low on oil and my oil filter was loose. I reported it to the service manager and he said that when I go back in I still have one free and he said another on them ! Because when I bought the truck I received two free oil changes and that was the first time bringing it in for service. So I should still have two more oil changes!

The oil change and tire rotation went well and a good wait time for a change. Shuttle driver was amazing, she took us to Sheels and worked through her lunch to pick us up and return to dealership. She is a real assit to GMC Billings !

Patrick Pringle did a great job keeping me informed about the intricacies of navigating your service department. He lead the charge to get a "broken" Kicker replaced. He makes customers, like myself, feel as if we're part of the process. He's a keeper.

My wife brought the truck in to be service. She had our two little ones with her and needed a ride to another appointment. The dealership provided her with a ride to and from the appointment and got her where she needed to be on time. The service department staff are always very friendly, professional and you can never beat Brenda’s assistant manager in customer service. Thank you again for making it happen!

Very simple, I arrived and was greeted by a service representative. He was courteous, listened to my concerns and got Jimmy checked in. It’s a 2018 GMC that needed an oil change, tires rotated and all of the filters changed because of the type of driving we do running around Montana. Patrick did have to come and get me because of my forgetfulness about the lug nuts key. Once the tech got it, everything was completed within a reasonable time. Afterwards, Patrick quickly got us on our way. There’s one gentleman that explains things in such a way you understand what is going on, why there may be a delay, and why they couldn’t wash the truck because I forgot about removing the antenna on top of the cab. I had only a very minor issue. The tech forgot to reset the ‘oil filter management system. Jimmy & I will be back..

They called to schedule an appointment, I drive 100 miles one way, left vehicle there 4.5 hours, I waited, never looked at the vehicle

They were able to satisfy all my requests. The transaction was smooth and quick. They kept looking for ways to save me money.

Servicing was finished within an hour and that included washing the truck too.

Everyone at the dealership and service department was very helpful and friendly. They were quick to get started on the service and did it in a very timely manner.

I always have the same service guy, Jonah Rodriquez does a great job. He keeps the customer up to date on how long the service will take. My husband and I always expect the best and he goes beyond our expectations.

The Service "master" remembered me from my first visit when I left the Buick dealership Service. I had skipped lunch, had no appointment, but was worked in for needed oil change...AND they even popped corn to feed me! Car was washed and I was escorted carefully to it by the 'master'. Every staff person I encountered was kind and helpful.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Starting with Cierra, the wonderful lady who scheduled, and checked me in for my appointment. Me, coming from out of state. I have had very bad experiences and bad customer service where I lived before. Cierra, was very friendly, helpful, and excellent at her job. The rest of the employees got me right in, did the work in excellent time, and got me on my way. A big thank you to them all, and the good customer service!!!

The dealership was prompt worked quickly to get my service complete and pointed out a recall. They agreed to order the replacement and make the change the next time I’m in town. They are always very professional and friendly.

The absolute worst service of any dealer, ever. Had an 8am appointment, was in the dealer talking with them about a new Yukon for 2 hours or so and when I was ready to go they still had not touched my truck. This was after they said about two hours to get it done. So I took a courtesy shuttle home because I did not have a ride. Finally got my truck back at 2 just in time to get my kids.

After leaving my appointment, I ran a few local errands and returned home. The next morning, I had business plans to travel out of town with this vehicle. Upon checking my vehicle's oil level, I found that the dipstick had nothing on it. I called the dealership, and they sent a technician over who added 2 quarts of oil on top of the half quart I added.

Cody & Jonah both were very polite & thorough on getting my oil changed & my tires checked. They both do a great job & have always answered any questions I have had & taken care of any issues.

The service personnel we're very friendly and courteous especially my service advisor Cierra. I was kept informed of the status of my truck throughout the entire process.

Due to the poor reputation of the dealership, I was very apprehensive. Cierra Meade however was very transparent and honest. Got my truck done with no problems.

Very pleasant and no pressure sale

Terrible communication, unfair pricing and ultimately dishonest sales tactics. Fortunately was able to have vehicle towed to alternative repair location and did not use GMC services. Will not ever be returning.

I got a low tire pressure notice from my car so I stopped by the dealership, no aapt. Jonah spotted a screw in the tire right off. The crew fixed the tire and i was on my way!

Gmc did a great service on my 2026 Denali pick up

Girl who got me checked in great, after that total joke, oil change, got vehicle home oil all over the Driveway, wife took it back tech had not cleaned up after draining oil or something. Your stupid used car manager texting emailing me day before visit asking to look at vehicle make us an offer, said well ok, Never heard anything from him, nor did he look at it from what we were told, You guys are not serious about anything, we wont return or buy GMC products again,

Short wait for my service

I always bring my vehicles here because they go above and beyond and take exceptionally good care of my vehicles! Patrick is always very knowledgeable and helpful and I recommend this place to anyone who needs service on their vehicles!

I brought in both my trucks for routine maintenance ( oil changes and wiper blades) the 2 techs who each handled a vehicle were very friendly and efficient. We were out of there in no time and completely satisfied.

I'm always treated well and my Acadia is compently serviced.

Cierra handled my service issue very well she could easily tell my frustration as the issue had reoccurred. She was very understanding and professional which helped me calm down.. All in all, everything has been fixed and working well.

JW, Cierra, Cody and Patrick are fantastic advisors. I’m not happy that when I tell my advisor what the issue is or tell them what information is coming from the GMC app. I get charged a diagnostic fee when I have GMC of Billings perform the work. I do not drop off the vehicle and ask them to find a problem. I’ll have Denny Menholt or G&J Diesel perform the work from now on. When I have one of these other high end shops perform the work I'm not charged a diagnostic fee. I would charge as well if I diagnosed the issue and someone went somewhere else or did it themselves. I scheduled the work with GMC of Billings and paid for the parts to be installed. So in my opinion I shouldn’t have to pay for a diagnostic fee especially when I told them of the issue.

It was great

Took my vehicle in which is still under warranty to get 3 things looked at and taken care of. They called me back to let me know what was wrong but it wasn't enough to be fixed. They did find there was stuff wrong but wouldn't fix it. Then when I went to pick it up the paperwork was completely different then what I was told on the phone. The manager was not the nicest to deal with either. I know my vehicle and how it should drive and appreciate if they wouldn't talk to me like I'm an idiot. Not sure I will ever be back.
