The 2024 edition of the Sierra 3500 gives you two 6.6-liter V8 engine options: a gas-powered one that delivers 401 horsepower and 464 pound-feet of torque and a Duramax turbo-diesel variant that produces 470 horses alongside 975 pound-feet of torque. An Allison 10-speed automatic transmission pairs to both.
While the gas engine offers the most payload strength by hauling up to 7,290 pounds in the bed, the turbo diesel is ideal for towing with its 36,000-pound tow rating. Along with rear-wheel drive and dual rear-wheel drive, four-wheel drive is available and allows you to take on harsh terrains with confidence, and this can be complemented with an off-road suspension system, an auto-locking rear differential, and other options.
Luxuries and Convenience
This edition’s luxurious cabin offers thermal settings for the seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and, for extra fun, a sport pedal cover kit.
